The ETBU Soccer Team consisting of 25 students, coaches, and staff, began the second trip of the Tiger Athletic Mission Experience (TAME) on Sunday by traveling to Nicaragua.

The team arrived at the Houston airport on Sunday afternoon and watched the ETBU Tiger Baseball team  win in dramatic fashion before boarding the flight.  After arriving in Managua, we ventured though customs and immigration and boarded the bus for about an hour and fifteen drive to Diriamba.

The Tigers arrived at the mission house, which is a five bedroom home that the team will base out of for the first five nights, a little after 11:15 PM.

Monday will include a full day of painting and manual labor at a local Christian school with over 500 students before an afternoon session of soccer clinics to the children.

Please keep the team and players in your prayers as they strive to share the love of Christ with the people of Nicaragua through the sport of soccer and their service to others.
